Refund Policy
Refund Policy At Travel Learning Hub we strive to provide high-quality training and services to our students. However, we understand that circumstances may arise that require a student to request a refund. Our refund policy is as follows:
Payment and Refund Terms
1. Course Fees: All course fees are payable as per EMI planned before the commencement of the course.
2. Refund Requests: Refund requests must be made in writing to Travellearninghub@gmail.com. Pls note:Request for refunds would not be entertained on calls.
3. Refund Periods: – Before Course Commencement: Full refund (minus administrative fees) will be provided if the refund request is received at least 15 days before the course start date. – After Course Commencement: No refunds will be provided for courses already commenced, except in exceptional circumstances (e.g., serious illness, family emergency).
4. Administrative Fees: A amount of administrative fee INR 5000/- may be deducted from the refund amount to cover processing costs.
5. Refund Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 10 working days of receiving the refund request.
Exceptions and Special Cases
1. In the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics), the institute may offer alternative courses or partial refunds.
2. If the institute cancels a course, students will receive a full refund.
